Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Security Solutions Design
Take a lead role within the Bids team, providing technical design and job costing/estimating expertise.
Assume responsibility for the overall design of electronic security solutions to meet client requirements.
Carry out detailed site surveys of security system installations in line with company procedures to ensure a high level of accuracy & competitiveness.
Produce detailed technical proposals, compliance tables and supporting documentation.
Contribute to the Pre-Sales Bid team by leading and participating in producing high quality and professional proposals to our clients.
Take ownership of allocated enquires throughout the bid cycle, from receipt of tender documentation through to bid submission.
Prepare cost models and builds to support defined scope of works or concepts demonstrating material, labour, and professional services.
Demonstrate a vast knowledge and awareness across the breadth of the Smart Building technologies including physical security, premises cabling, audio visual and ICT networking. Experience
Essential
At least 5 years relevant practical experience in a similar role.
Experience working within Smart Building systems that operate over electronic security systems.
Experience in the design and build of security solutions for enterprise, data centre and campus fit-out projects. Desirable
Awareness of Audio Visual, ICT Infrastructure, IoT, and Wired & Wireless Network architecture
