The role

I am actively seeking an enthusiastic IT/ Business Systems Analyst, with skills in process analysis & improvement, for an exciting new role with a fast growing UK manufacturing organisation. With a multi-million pound turnover, and plans to grow out globally, my client is investing heavily in technology to drive business efficiency and growth.

They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic system analyst to join their team and focus on the support/ continuous improvement of an innovative, bespoke business solution they're rolling out - centred around streamlining their Configure Price Quote process (CPQ). With full cross training provided, the successful candidate will champion the system internally; assessing ways in which the solution can be better utilised and drive through effective change projects. The role will also involve rolling out the solution across the company; working within a like minded, supportive team environment.

This interesting, progressive opportunity offers a hybrid working model, between home and modern Lancashire based offices.

Responsibilities will include:

Analysing business requirements, mapping out processes and developing FDDs
Driving through effective change - involved in configuration and testing new functionality
Training key users and consulting team around best use of the system
Third party/ stakeholder engagement - coordinating new releases/ developments
Day to day system management, with occasional support tasksPreferable skills include:

Experience in IT/ business systems analysis and support (CAD software/ CPQ process understanding preferable, not essential)
Broad process understanding, ideally within a manufacturing/ production environment
Confident in business process improvement - analysing ways to make system/ processes more efficient
Functional life cycle project life cycle skills - analysis through to go-live
Excellent communication/ stakeholder engagement skillsWhats on offer?
