Requirement for a Systems Administrator to oversee the Learning & Management System for the business Safety, Quality & environmental during a period of growth and expansion for the business.

Situation

Ford & Stanley Recruitment are partnered with a leader in the international market for the design, manufacture, maintenance and supply of equipment and components for railway systems. Due to a brand new office opening in Spring Gardens, Manchester, we are on the look out for a System Administrator on a 10 month FTC with the successful candidate going permanent in February 2025.  

The successful candidate will be  highly experience in using Microsoft SharePoint & has experience with Document Management & reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the safety, quality and environmental systems via SharePoint
Manage and collate training data across various projects
Review the external reporting system
Review governance of the internal HSE system- ensuring reviews have been completed
Location: Office in Spring Garden, Manchester.

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000

Working Practice: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home – after 12 weeks opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.

Agreed Criteria for candidates to secure interview

SharePoint experience (Power BI experience would be beneficial, but is not essential).
Experience in collating data and creating reports.
Strong IT skills- experience using MS Office.
Happy to travel to required depot locations (once every 2 months approximately).
Strong report writing capability.
Able to challenge confidently.
