Description:
Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a systems accountant on a long term contract basis to be located in either Carlisle or Warrington. (Hybrid working will be supported).
You'll have relevant experience in:
- Experience of Sage X3
- Experience of working with finance systems and delivering improvements across finance systems and processes
- Experience of working in agile sprints and / or iterative programme environments, comfortable with ambiguity and shaping solutions to navigate this
- Natural tendency to be able to coach and support others to embrace both the agility and the underpinning structure, process and governance required for effective oversight.
- Personal responsibility for being outcome driven, committed to not only hitting their own deadlines, but supporting others to be successful too
- Desire and ability to work at pace, in a fast-moving environment, comfortable with change and iteration
- Effective organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as part of an effective team
Desirables:
- APM, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent practitioner with significant project management experience
