Job Purpose:
The job holder will be based in the Trust’s Digital Health department. Working as part of a team the job holder will be responsible for, via the Helpdesk system or other designated facility, assisting in the delivery of the Trust’s IT services and systems.
Duties:
* Building of PCs and Laptops
* Deploying Devices around the trust this may include off site locations.
* Decommissioning of old equipment follow Trusts process.
* Problem solving
* Resolving tickets
* Delivering IT items around the trusts and off sites
* Active directory work making sure machines are in correct OU.
* Installing software.
* Speaking to customer confirming what is required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* IT Degree /HND or Equivalent Experience
* 1st Line Digital Service Desk experience (Essential)
* Experience of the IT systems lifecycle
* Asset management, and decommissioning equipment
* Problem solving
* Previous experience in building of PCs and Laptops
* Software installations
* Knowledge of Active Directory.
