System Support Analyst

Description:

Due to continued growth and success, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, System Support Analyst to join our growing team. This customer facing role will primarily involve working in our service desk teams, providing proactive and reactive support.

This role offers a great opportunity for exposure to a wide range of technologies and solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to function as part of a team and use their own initiative where required, resolving customer issues in a timely manner.

Main responsibilities:

* Work as part of the service desk support team to handle calls and tickets in line with agreed customer SLA’s.

* Recording of solutions to client issues through our service desk ticketing systems and knowledge base.

* Ensure customer system documentation is updated to reflect any changes made as part of the day-to-day operation.

Essential skills:

* Experience working with a Managed Service Provider or service desk environment.

* Proficient in supporting Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems.

* Microsoft/Office 365 Administration Experience.

* Basic Administration of Windows Server Operating Systems

* Cyber Security Awareness

* Have experience of service desk ticketing systems.

Desirable skills:

* Networking experience, including Switching, Routing, Firewalls and Wireless technologies;

* Virtualisation technologies

* Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform

* Citrix and Remote Desktop Services solutions

* Backup Solutions

* RMM Tools

* Professional Industry standard certifications (MCP, CCNA, CCA-V etc…)

* Driving Licence as occasional travel throughout the UK.
