Join this leading global adventure travel company within their Application Support team as a System Support Analyst managing and resolving support request for the organization systems.
System Support Analyst, Responsibilities
Respond to support inquiries, classify and prioritise tickets, escalate issues and perform troubleshooting
Providing technical assistance to both internal and external users
Perform system troubleshooting, including manual or bulk data updates and user access adjustments
System Support Analyst, Skills Required
1-3 years experience in an IT Operations, or technical analyst role
A good understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and security best practices
Clear written and verbal communication skills to support users and document solutions effectively
Additional Information
Paying circa £35K
Hybrid with the London offices, working 3 days in on Tue, Wed and Thur. Working hours
20 days holiday, plus 3 wellbeing days, plus birthday off and 1 volunteer day
