Systems Implementation Project Manager
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Hours per week: 40 hours per week
Location: Head Office
This role is a 1 year fixed contract with the possibility to be extended.
We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as Systems Implementation Project Manager
About The Role
Your focus as Systems Implementation Project Manager will be to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of a time and attendance system across all of our sites, providing our organisation with innovative solutions that drive business excellence.
Other Responsibilities Include
Working closely with Heads of Departments to facilitate the successful implementation of software solutions across the business.
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, budget, timeline, and resource allocation, to guide the implementation process effectively.
Home Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for homes, maintaining regular communication and building strong relationships to understand their unique needs and expectations.
Team Leadership: Build and manage cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, support, and motivation to ensure project objectives are met.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and user manuals, to facilitate knowledge sharing and project transparency.

Our Ideal Candidate Must
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Prince 2, Agile or other relevant certifications and/or proven experience in managing complex systems implementation projects from initiation to completion.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a focus on collaboration and achieving results
Proven experience in the implementation of Time and Attendance/Rostering and HR solutions is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
