The Job you will be Doing
* Answering inbound calls and directing to the correct person
* Taking messages when individuals or teams are unavailable
* Keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming for guests and customers
* Franking hard copy printed invoices and order confirmations and issuing for postage
* Ensuring reception is stored with a suitable volume or required stationary
* Arranging transport for guests and customers to and from the company site
* Complying with company procedures and practices
About You
* Previous reception or switchboard operator experience is essential
* Computer literate
* Excellent telephone manner
* Uses own initiative
* Organised and hard working
* Team player
