Swiss Payroll Specialist (Contract)

£327 per day
My client, a leading company in the biomedical and manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced Swiss Payroll Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. This role is based in Speke, Liverpool and offers a daily rate of £327.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and process Swiss payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Swiss regulations
* Liaise with Swiss tax authorities as needed, utilizing your proficiency in English, French, and German
* Conduct and support Swiss payroll audits, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to legal standards
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless payroll integration and address any payroll-related issues promptly
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Swiss payroll laws and regulations, implementing necessary updates to payroll processes
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in Swiss payroll management
* Fluent in English, French, and German, with the ability to effectively communicate with Swiss tax authorities
* Proven experience in conducting and managing Swiss payroll audits
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
* Familiarity with payroll software and systems used in Swiss payroll processes
