Queenswood Swim School (QSS) is a well-established Swim School based South Hertfordshire providing group and private lessons covering all abilities from children aged 4yrs upwards and Adults.

Queenswood is a GSA, BSA, HMC Boarding and Day School for approximately 480 girls aged 11-18, set in beautiful Hertfordshire Countryside close to London and we have developed an outstanding reputation for high quality teaching in South Hertfordshire and surrounding area.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic part-time Swimming Instructor to join our team on Friday afternoons from 4.00pm to 7.00pm during term time. 

In addition there may also be some cover work on Wednesday, Thursday afternoon 16.00-18.30 and/or Saturday morning 8.45am-1.45pm. 

Applicants must hold Swim England (ASA) Level 2 or STA equivalent Swimming Teaching Qualification. RLSS or STA Pool Lifeguard qualification would be an advantage, but not essential.

Applicants should also be confident, be prepared to teach in and out of the water.

Applicants should be available to teach every week during the school term time and have a good understanding of the Swim England awards scheme.

The Swimming Teacher rate of pay is £21.57 per hour.
