Job Title: Swedish Speaking Complaints Specialist

Location: Kingston with onsite parking and easy access to public transport

Contract type: 12-month FTC

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm

Salary: £28,000 to £31,000

Our client, a leading company within their industry, is seeking a Swedish Speaking Complaints Specialist to join their team on a 12-month FTC. As the first point of contact for customers and consumers, you will play a crucial role in managing product complaints and adverse events.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle telephone and email complaints, ensuring timely and accurate logging of all interactions
Maintain regular communication with consumers, providing updates on the progress of their cases
Log all events and communications related to each case in the designated system
Ensure compliance with company guidelines in logging product complaints
Review and escalate medical query cases as necessary
Provide coverage for complaint management and compliance duties when required
Work independently and collaboratively within the team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues as needed
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrate a positive and open-minded approach, supporting company strategy and embracing change
Take ownership of issues and exhibit quick learning and problem-solving skills
Keep financial considerations in mind when carrying out responsibilitiesRequirements:

Fluency in written and spoken Swedish
Strong customer service experience
