The Opportunity
We are seeking a multilingual professional to join a growing operations team supporting customers across the Nordic markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service experience who is looking to develop their career within insurance operations and claims handling.
Full training will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Operations
Provide professional support to customers and stakeholders via telephone, email and other communication channels.
Support customers across Swedish, Norwegian and English speaking markets.
Manage customer enquiries, correspondence and complaints efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer and case records using internal systems.
Build strong relationships with customers, insurers, brokers and suppliers.
Prioritise workloads effectively to meet service levels and deadlines.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes.
Claims Support:
Investigate and assess claims, gathering relevant information and documentation.
Keep customers updated throughout the process.
Liaise with customers, insurers and external partners to progress claims efficiently.
Make decisions within agreed authority levels following training.
Ensure all cases are managed accurately and in line with industry standards.
Skills & Experience
Essential
Fluent spoken and written English, Swedish and Norwegian.
Previous customer service or customer facing experience.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
Strong problem solving skills and a proactive approach.
Confident handling customer queries and complaints.
Desirable
Previous insurance or claims handling experience.
Experience working within a regulated environment.
Experience managing complex customer cases.
