SUPPORT WORKERS REQUIRED | DORABELLA | REDMARLEY
Cygnet Dorabella, Pfera Hall, Bromsberrow Road, Redmarley, GL19 3JU, is looking for experienced Support Workers to join the team supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities.
We are looking for workers who are confident working in an LD environment and are available for consistent shifts, including regular NIGHT shifts. This is ideal for experienced support workers looking for reliable, ongoing work rather than occasional shifts.
Mandatory requirements:
• Learning Disability care experience
• PMVA training
• Oliver McGowan Level 2
• Moving & Handling practical training
• Up-to-date blood/immunisation records
• Enhanced DBS
• Two satisfactory references
Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, behaviours that may challenge and person-centred care will be highly valued.
