Engineering Surveyor – RAF Base, Oxford | Long-Term Contract | Inside IR35

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Engineering Surveyor to join a major infrastructure project based on an RAF base in Oxford.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term contract working on a high-profile defence project, offering consistent work and a competitive day rate.

The Role:

Carrying out engineering and setting out surveys across a range of construction and infrastructure works.

Producing accurate survey data and reports.

Establishing and maintaining site control.

Supporting project teams with as-built surveys and quality assurance.

Operating and maintaining surveying equipment, including GPS and total stations.

Ensuring all survey work is completed safely and to the required specifications.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as an Engineering Surveyor on civil engineering or construction projects.

Proficient in the use of GPS, total stations, and surveying software.

Strong understanding of engineering drawings and setting out procedures.

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Security clearance is advantageous but not essential (subject to project requirements)
