Key Activities & Accountabilities:

* Complete team estimate visits and produce priced estimates/schedules in line with clients SLA’s – This is the primary function of the surveyor, who will be measured on SLA compliance and schedule accuracy.

* Complete a planning for profit calculation on every project.

* Complete a risk assessment for every project

* Complete an ACM assessment of every property

* Complete a method statement when required (highlighted in risk assessment)

* Complete supplements for Repair Team

* Assist with the final account process

* Assist the Repair Team with site visits and PCM’s (however, this should not compromise achieve the surveying SLA’s).

* Great communication with customers and Repair Team to ensure the inception of the claim journey goes well.

* Cross selling products during the initial meeting.

* Assist the Ops Director and Claims Manager when necessary with tenders or holiday cover

* Ensure the effective use of all relevant resources i.e. people, finance and asset

* Responsible for keeping up to date with client process changes.

* Responsible for deputised surveyors for holiday cover and surge.
