The Role
We are working with a well-established and growing property remediation company who are looking for a confident and driven Sales Representative to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sales background who enjoys meeting customers, building relationships and converting opportunities into business.
You will attend residential properties, meet with homeowners, understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions. While previous experience within damp, remediation, construction, property or surveying would be highly advantageous, the key requirement is a confident sales approach and the ability to build trust with customers.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Representative:
Attend residential properties and meet with potential customers
Build strong relationships and establish customer requirements
Present suitable property remediation solutions
Discuss recommendations, pricing and quotations with customers
Confidently handle questions and objections
Follow up warm leads and convert opportunities into sales
Maintain accurate customer records, reports and quotations
Provide a professional and high level of customer service
Work closely with the office and operational teams
Achieve agreed sales targets and maximise commission opportunities
What we’re looking for from the Sales Representative:
Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role
Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
Driven, motivated and target-focused
Comfortable discussing pricing and closing sales
Professional, personable and trustworthy approach
Previous experience within property, construction, damp or remediation would be advantageous
Good IT and administrative skills
Full UK driving licence essential
