**Location:** Solihull, West Midlands

Our client, a reputable business based in Solihull, is seeking a Surfacing Supervisor to join their team. If you have a background in highways and a solid understanding of surfacing techniques, we want to hear from you!
**About the Role:**
As a Surfacing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing surfacing projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing Method Statements, Job Packs, and Mini-programmes.
- Providing cover for Supervisors during busy periods and holiday periods.
- Ensuring quality and constructability during the planning process.
- Implementing document control on site and enforcing high health and safety standards.
- Working with the clients' online document system "Conject" for technical queries and document management.
- Utilizing strong IT skills for document creation and program management.
**Requirements:**
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Civil Engineering experience with a civil engineering contractor.
- CSCS Managers Category certification.
- Experience with highways maintenance, surface dressing, and surfacing projects.
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
- NRSWA Street Works Certification (desirable).
- Extensive experience in all types of surfacing-based projects at a supervisory level.
