Surfacing Foreman - Long-Term Freelance Opportunity

Location: Cambridge / Ipswich area (working across the East)

We're looking for an experienced Surfacing Foreman to join our team on a long-term freelance basis.

You'll be working on Eastern Highways Alliance schemes across the East, leading surfacing operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What's on offer:

Long-term freelance opportunity

£300-£330 per day (depending on experience)

Ongoing work for the right candidate

Immediate start available

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Surfacing Foreman

Highways surfacing experience essential

Strong leadership and communication skills

Valid CSCS/SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)

Full UK driving licence
