Job Responsibilities

Provide exceptional support and engagement to our supporters, ensuring their experience is positive and rewarding.

Respond promptly and professionally to supporter enquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date supporter records within the CRM system.

Assist in the processing of donations, memberships, and other supporter transactions.

Build and nurture strong relationships with supporters, recognising their contributions and encouraging ongoing involvement.

Collaborate with team members to develop and implement supporter engagement strategies.

Identify opportunities to up sell or promote additional support initiatives where appropriate.

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organisational policies.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of supporter care processes and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in supporter or customer care, ideally within a charitable or non-profit environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional approach.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

Understanding of data protection legislation and confidentiality protocols.

Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting others.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.

A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
