Are you an experienced social care professional seeking a rewarding leadership role? We are currently seeking a Supported Living Manager to join our compassionate client in Bangor.
Requirements:
Previous supervisory experience in social care
Proven track record of providing support to vulnerable adults
Ability to effectively manage a staff team
Possession of a valid driving license and access to own vehicleKey Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a supported living facility for adults with learning disabilities, mental health, autism and behaviours that challenge
Provide guidance and support to staff members
Ensure the well-being and safety of residents
Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders
