Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding support services.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and the highest levels of quality and care.
Preferred Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role within a supported housing or social care setting.
Proven ability to motivate and empower a team, driving performance and maintaining a positive working environment.
A strong understanding of safeguarding and risk management practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals and organisations.
A passion for making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals within the community.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications in health and social care or a related field
Leadership or management training and certification
