Supported Housing Officer

My Client is currently recruiting for a Supported Housing Officer to work in a Supported Accomadation in Southwark. - Shift Pattern. 8-4 or 12-8

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide Housing Management to Clients
Provide on site Support
Complete quarterly property inspections
Address any issues such as ASB
Main Comprehensive notes on the CRM system
Help Clients Move on into Longer term accomadation
To provide a comprehensive housing management service to the Supported Housing and Temporary Accommodation portfolio, within defined policies and procedures and in accordance with agreed performance standards, ensuring a high quality customer service is provided at all times.
To collaborate with adult social care team, care providers, property services, and housing needs team in providing a robust and effective service to Supported Housing and Temporary Accommodation residents, including supporting clients in extra care housing.
Manage case work effectively to ensure residents living in this portfolio are able to sustain their tenancy.

If you have previous experience in these areas and keen to develop your knowledge further this is a perfect team for you. Management that are willing to help all case managers be the best they can possibly along with a strong hour rate.
