Do you enjoy helping people build confidence, independence and stability? Are you calm, practical and able to support people through challenging situations while treating everyone with dignity and respect?
The role
Quo Vadis Trust is looking for a Supported Housing Officer to join our team in Lewisham.
We are a specialist housing charity supporting around 200 adults across South East London, including people experiencing mental health challenges, homelessness, complex needs or leaving care.

* Create support plans and SMART goals with clients
* Complete inductions, risk assessments and accurate client records
* Support clients with housing, welfare benefits and tenancy matters
* Encourage independent living, housekeeping and everyday life skills
* Carry out room, property and health and safety checks
* Respond professionally to incidents, challenging behaviour and safeguarding concerns
* Liaise with external agencies and other professionals
* Travel between QVT services when required
