Description:
We are currently working with a third party provider who specialises in supporting adults aged 18-65 with low to medium needs to live their best possible lives. They are looking for a Supported Housing Officer to cover their South Gloucester patch and help with their temporary accommodations for the homeless. This temporary position is offering plenty of support from the team and a friendly working environment with flexible working.
Location: South Gloucester
Working days: Monday - Friday
Salary: £15-£17 Ph
As a Supported Housing Officer, you will be assisting with:
• Assessing the needs of people who need housing
• Management of rent arrears
• Inspecting housing services and carrying out safety checks to ensure their housing is safe and appropriate
• Resolving issues like anti-social behaviour or neighbourly disputes
• Regular property and health and safety checks
• Writing down all reports and notes after visits
