Supported Housing Manager

Location: Surrey Staines, Spelthorne
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £38,124KOur client a leading Social Housing provider are looking for a Supported Housing Manager to join thir Customer Service team. This role involves working closely with the Operations Manager to manage resources and ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and business requirements. The successful candidate will deliver excellent, personalised services to our customers and will deputise for the Supported Housing Manager when necessary.

Day to Day of the role:

Support the development and raise the profile of supported housing services.
Assist in the delivery and reporting on team plans for designated service areas.
Promote a culture of customer engagement in shaping service delivery.
Manage staff performance to deliver cohesive, high-performing teams.
Schedule and deploy team members to achieve optimum support levels for customers.
Lead services adhering to business standards, policies, processes, and procedures.
Monitor, manage, and report on performance and risk to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Manage housing services, including pre-tenancy assessments and tenancy enforcement.
Handle ASB cases and facilitate stakeholder meetings and events.
Provide support planning for customers to achieve permanent accommodation.Required Skills & Qualifications:

L3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
Knowledge of the supported housing, health, and social care sectors.
Housing Management experience with an understanding of relevant legislation.
Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Proficient in report writing and business English.
Understanding of safeguarding and the needs of vulnerable customers.
Proven track record of delivering service excellence.
Good planning, organising, prioritisation, and administration skills.
Good IT literacy skills.
