Location: Camborne, Cornwall
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shifts: Days and nights available

The Brookes Recruitment Group is recruiting Support Workers for three closely located supported-living services in Camborne.
The services support adults with learning disabilities, mental ill-health and complex needs. The focus is on helping each person maintain or develop their independence while receiving support tailored to their individual needs.
As a Support Worker, you will help individuals lead fulfilling and independent lives. Your responsibilities may include:
* Providing respectful, person-centred support
* Assisting with personal care where required
* Supporting people with everyday tasks and routines
* Helping individuals access activities and the local community
* Encouraging independence, choice and confidence
* Supporting people with appointments, education or employment
* Completing accurate records and contributing to effective handovers
* Maintaining dignity, safety and wellbeing at all times
