GSL Education is Hiring: Support Worker in Bexley
GSL Education is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Bexley. If you are passionate about supporting students with special educational needs in SEN schools, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized and group support to students with special educational needs.
Assist in the development and implementation of tailored learning plans.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Manage and support students with diverse learning and behavioural needs.
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an SEN setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting students' educational growth.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEN support (desirable but not essential).
