Job Description (Full time) -
21 Health & Social Care are recruiting on an excusive basis for our Client WithYOU. WithYOU are looking for an empathetic and compassionate support worker to support people with learning disablities & neurodiverse conditions! The role will involve enhancing the health and wellbeing of people that WithYOU support, including contributing to and implementing support plans. The succesful candidate willl be responisble for administration of wrap-around support including but not limited to, personal care, tenancy support, health needs (including assistance with medication), personal development, emotional support and inclusion.
Qualifications and Experience
It is desirable that candidates are qualified with an SVQ 3 in Social Care (or are willing to work towards it) and be registered or willing to register with the SSSC as a Support Worker. SCQF levelled qualifcations such as SVQ's and HNC's are funded by WithYOU. Relevant experience supporting people with learning disabilites and neurodiverse condiitions is desirable.
