Support Worker – Hereford (HR1 3HW)
We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers for ongoing agency shifts within a specialist Learning Disability and Autism support service in Hereford.
This role involves supporting individuals with complex needs within a structured care environment. Candidates must be confident working independently, following care plans, and managing challenging situations professionally.

Essential Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months UK Support Work experience
• Lone Worker Training
• Medication Administration Theory
• Right to work in the UK
Desirable Requirements:
• Diabetes Awareness & Management
• Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Foundation
• Epilepsy Care
• Buccal Medication Practical
• Learning Disability & Autism Spectrum Disorder training
Candidates without relevant experience or training may not be considered for shifts.
