Looking for a role where no two days are the same?
We're recruiting Support Workers to join our supported living services in Liverpool, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible.

28 days annual leave (pro rata)
Company pension
Fully funded Level 2 and Level 3 Health & Social Care qualifications
Ongoing training and development
Genuine opportunities to progress your career
A supportive team and management who are there to help What will you be doing?
Every person we support is different, so no two shifts look the same.
One day you might be helping someone cook their favourite meal, go shopping, attend an appointment or enjoy a day out. Another day you could be supporting someone to build confidence, learn new skills or manage everyday tasks around their home.

You may also support with:

Personal care where required
Daily living routines
Household tasks
Community activities
Encouraging independence, dignity and choice Who are we looking for?
We're looking for people with the right attitude.
You'll be kind, reliable, patient and someone who enjoys helping others.
Experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant or Healthcare Assistant is welcome but isn't essential. We also welcome applications from people with experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, childcare or other roles where you've worked closely with people.

Shifts Our services run 24 hours a day, so you'll need to be able to work a mixture of:

Days
Waking nights
Weekends Rotas are planned in advance wherever possible.

What you'll need
Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Willingness to complete pre-employment checks
Employment history and references for compliance
Identification documents to complete an Enhanced DBS check
Flexibility to work a range of shifts A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage but isn't essential.

Due to the specific needs of some of the people we support, applications from male candidates are welcomed for certain services where this is a lawful occupational requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.

Apply today if you're looking for a stable, rewarding role where you'll be supported from day one and have the opportunity to build a career in social care, we'd like to hear from you.
