Description:
Support Worker – Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred care and support to service users in accordance with their individual care plans.
* Assist individuals with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting where required.
* Support service users with daily living activities and promote independence.
* Administer or assist with medication in line with company policies and procedures.
* Monitor and record service users' physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records, incident reports, and daily notes.
* Assist with meal preparation and support individuals with eating and drinking needs
