Stretton Lodge, Nuneaton

Hours/Shift Patterns
7am–3pm | 3pm–10pm
Sleep-ins may be required.

Rate of Pay
£12.72 per hour, with enhanced evening/weekend pay and premium overtime rates (T’s & C’s apply)

Your Role
You’ll support people in a welcoming supported living service, helping them develop confidence, independence and the skills to achieve their personal goals.
You’ll:
Empower independence, no matter how big or small the step
Support with personal care and everyday life skills
Encourage community access, socialising and activities
Support people to work towards their individual goals
Offer reassurance and emotional support when needed
Help people feel heard, respected and valuedFrom learning to cook a meal independently to enjoying a day out or going on holiday, you’ll be part of those important moments.
