Salary: £35,000
We're looking for an ambitious, creative, and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead and elevate the marketing function at JAM Care Complex Care.

You'll work directly with senior leadership, shape strategy, manage exciting projects, and have the freedom to bring new ideas to life.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Developing and delivering strategic marketing campaigns
* Driving brand awareness and market presence
* Creating engaging content across digital, social media, email and print channels
* Managing LinkedIn, website content and social media activity
* Supporting client acquisition and business development initiatives
* Leading recruitment marketing campaigns that attract exceptional talent
* Creating case studies, videos, newsletters and promotional materials
* Planning and managing events, exhibitions and networking opportunities
* Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on ROI
* Working closely with Directors and stakeholders across the business
* Managing external suppliers, agencies and creative partners where required
What We’re Looking For
* 3- 5 years' direct experience in a marketing role
* Experience within healthcare, social care, recruitment or professional service
* Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns
* Strong digital marketing and social media expertise
* Exceptional written communication and content creation skills
* Experience using CRM and marketing platforms
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
* Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels
