Experienced (*Female) Support Workers Required in Burghclere, Newbury (Part and Full-time available)
Exciting opportunity for experienced support workers to support a lovely, 10-year-old girl with cerebral palsy by assisting with therapy programmes, personal care and to participate in the local community.
You need:
*
A full, clean driving licence is essential and you will be required to drive the client’s vehicle
*
Use of your own car to travel to work due to location of the property
*
Experience of working with children with special needs
*
To deliver high standards of support to maximise the client’s participation and enjoyment of life
*
To follow care plans and risk assessments
*
To work sensitively and in tandem with her parents
*
A caring, respectful, professional approach with a willingness to uphold the client’s dignity and maximise her independence
Working Hours (rota basis):
Term Time
* Monday to Friday 7am-9am
* Monday to Friday 3pm- 7.30pm
* Saturday 11.30am- 6pm
School Holidays
* Monday to Friday 8am-6pm
* Saturday 11.30am-6pm
Sleep-in Shifts
* Monday to Friday 9pm-7am
* Saturday and Sunday 9pm-7am
Pay Rates:
* £17.00/hour Monday to Friday for daytime shifts
* £19.00/hour Saturday & Sunday for daytime shifts
* £11.44/hour for Monday to Friday sleep-in shifts
* £11.44/hour for Saturday & Sunday sleep-in shifts
