Role of a Support Worker
Are you enthusiastic about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with Autism? Our client in Stowmarket are seeking compassionate support workers, If you have a caring nature and a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities, we want to hear from you!
Duties:
* Provide personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities, ensuring their physical emotional and social needs are met.
* Assisting individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation.
* Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to deliver holistic and integrated care.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as an HCA or support worker, must have a minimum of 6months plus in healthcare industry.
* Effective communication & interception skills
* Must have a child & adult DBS on update service.
* Driving licence preferred but not essential.
