Title: Children Support Worker
Pay: £13.38 - £26.76 per hour inclusive of holiday pay
Location: Brecon
Hours: Flexible pattern available, pick and choose the shifts you want every week. 12-hour shift pattern including days and waking nightsBenefits:

Ensuring physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;
Supporting residents during recreational activities within the services and out in the community
Promoting independence and celebrating achievements and milestones of the residents;
Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and any incidents should they arise;
General housekeeping duties depending on the service and it's requirementsWe are looking for people who care and have:

A minimum of 6 months experience working within a care setting in the UK
A compassionate and caring nature
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
Resilience and patience when faced with challenges
A willingness to learn and follow guidance from the team
