Support Worker - Flexible Day & Night Shifts
Location: Ringstead, Kettering (NN14)
Contract: Part-Time / Ad Hoc Shifts
Shifts: 8am-8pm (Days) | 8pm-8am (Nights)
Brook Street Social Care is recruiting compassionate and reliable Support Workers for a friendly residential care home in Ringstead, near Kettering.

Your Responsibilities
Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities.
Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Assisting with meals, hydration and mobility.
Following care plans and safeguarding procedures.
Working alongside colleagues to deliver high-quality care.
What We're Looking For
A caring, compassionate and reliable individual.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Previous care experience desirable but not essential.
Flexibility to work day or night shifts.
Ideally a driver with access to a vehicle, or someone who can reliably travel to Ringstead.
