Description:
We are currently seeking a Support Worker for our client in Exeter within a Substance Misuse Service.
We are looking for an immediate start on an ongoing contract.
You will be completing screening tools, meet and greet service users arriving at the hub, answer the duty phone and respond to our busy duty line. Work along side our recovery workers and our duty manager. You will be shown how to use our client system and record notes, provide harm reduction advise and support to clients that contact us. This is a really diverse and busy role looking for a candidate with some drug and alcohol knowledge but more so a motivation to work in fast pace role and provide suitable support to people who access our service.
An Enhanced DBS will be required to start this position
