Description:

Hoop Nursing and Social Care are currently seeking experienced Support Workers to provide exceptional levels of care within supported living settings in the Pontypridd area.

We are looking for caring, reliable, and dedicated professionals to provide person-centred support to service users whilst also working alongside the wider team.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 1 years UK experience in Care

* Experienced supporting those with learning disabilities and complex care needs

* DBS on the Update Service

* Registered with Social Care Wales

* Employment references to cover the past 3 years of employment
