Job Description

West Sussex County Council are looking for a number of Support Workers to join their team at Stanhope Lodge Care Home located in Worthing. As a Support Worker, your duties will include assisting with personal care, administering medication, and supporting individuals with their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide care and support to adults in a residential care home setting
Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
Administer medication as required
Support individuals with their daily activities, such as meal preparation and household tasks
Ensure that individuals are treated with dignity and respect at all timesRequirements

Previous experience working in a care home setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexibility to work different shifts as required
Valid DBS, Covid Pass and Photo IDHow to Apply
