Description:
Tezlom are looking for a temp to perm female support worker to work in a day centre based in Hammersmith, you will be working with adults with learning disabilties and mental health.
You will be based at the day centre doing actitivies, workshops, community outings and swimming.
The hours will be Monday to Friday 8am-6pm.
Skills Required
* Experience working with young people with learning disabilities
* Excellent communication skills and team working.
* Reliable, punctual, professional and friendly.
* Must have a satisfactory DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK
