We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), deafness, hearing loss, and associated complex needs.

Your Role
Supporting individuals in their homes and community settings
Promoting independence, confidence and wellbeing

Requirements
Valid Right to Work in the UK
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Previous care or support work experience desirable
