Pay rate: £13.00 to £13.50 ( Weekly pay)
Location :NR32 5DZ
Shift Pattern: Days and Nights -
8am to 4pm, 4pm to 9pm, 9pm to 8am
Opportunity to pick up extra shifts for annual leave/sickness.
 
Requirements: UK driver’s license & own vehicle  

Unfortunately, we cannot provide VISA sponsorship and we do not hire on a relocation basis, you must currently be based in/around the Great Yarmouth area and able to commute.

Key Responsibilities

· Support with all facets of daily living.

· Foster a supportive and inclusive environment.

· Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times.

· Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members.

· Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy.

· Adhere to care plans and guidelines provided.

· Aid with light household chores which may include cooking, cleaning.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

o Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care.

o Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

o Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support.

o Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs.

o Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

o Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required.

o Experience with challenging behaviours
