Salary: £11.89 - £12.19 per hour

* Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.

* Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.

* Work across various shift patterns including early, late, weekend or night shifts.

Your Service

Pavilion View is our Brand New service situated in the heart of the community within Bentley. The site consists of six beautiful dormer bungalows these will provide a home for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. Within this role there is also the opportunity to grow your support services further with plans underway for an additional two bungalows on the site supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

* The next step will be an interview in the service, where you’ll meet the team and the people we support.

* If successful, we’ll organise your Free DBS Check and references prior to confirming your start date.

* Your journey will then begin with a 3-day online induction, before heading to the service to get started.

You may be new to care, or already have experience in the social care sector or NHS (Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant). As long as you come with a person-centred approach, a caring nature, and you are able to demonstrate a commitment to working as part of a team to support disabled and autistic people – then we’re here to provide you with the training and knowledge needed to succeed
