As a result, exciting new Support Worker opportunities have arisen, and we're looking for passionate individuals to join us in supporting people to live happy, independent, and fulfilling lives.

This is a varied and rewarding role. Some days are calm, while others are busy and fast-paced — and that variety is what makes the role meaningful and fulfilling.

Shift patterns can include:

Day shifts
Night shifts
Sleep-in shifts
Waking night shifts

At the heart of everything we do is person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs. You will:

Support individuals to socialise and take part in community activities
Provide practical and personal care, including household tasks
Support with life skills such as shopping and money management
Deliver individualised support plans that promote independence
