We are recruiting for Support Workers to join a specialist service supporting young adults aged 18-25. This is a rewarding opportunity to help young people develop independence, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes as they transition into adulthood.
The Role:
Provide person-centred support to young adults aged 18-25.
Support with daily living skills, education, employment, and independent living.
Encourage positive routines, wellbeing, and personal development.
Promote safeguarding, independence, and positive decision-making.
Maintain accurate records and work closely with the wider support team.
What We're Looking For:
Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults is desirable.
A caring, resilient, and proactive approach.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred support.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Right to work in the UK.
