Blackpool | £12.71 per hour | Days & Nights Available
We are recruiting for Support Workers to join a specialist adult support service in Blackpool. This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults to live independently, achieve their goals, and maintain fulfilling lives within their community.
The Role:
Provide person-centred support to adults with a range of support needs.
Assist with daily living skills, personal development, and community engagement.
Promote independence, choice, dignity, and wellbeing.
Support individuals to access appointments, education, employment, and social activities.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to support plans.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a support worker, care, or similar role is desirable.
A caring, positive, and reliable approach.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred support.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Right to work in the UK.
