Pay rate: £14.42 - 15.00 (£30,000 pro rota) (WEEKLY PAY)
Shift Pattern: Shifts available: Days & Nights – 8:00am - 20:00pm & 20:00pm - 8:00am.
Requirements: UK driver’s license (Not essential)
We have a promising new opportunity available for the right individual to work with a lady living in Penzance. She suffered a stroke and as a result is paralysed down the left side of her body.
In this role, you will seamlessly integrate into her daily routine, providing companionship, assisting with complex personal care, and adeptly managing her complex care and medication needs.

Key Responsibilities
Support with moving and handling
Offering day-to-day assistance as needed
Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times
Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members
Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy
Adhere to care plans and guidelines provided
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting, operating on shifts to ensure round-the-clock care coverage.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care
Experience in a similar role
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support
Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required
UK Driver's license and access to own vehicle
