About the Role

As a Care Assistant / Support Worker at Forbes House, you'll support residents with their individual care needs while encouraging independence and helping them enjoy a fulfilling daily life.
From supporting everyday routines and personal care to sharing activities, having a chat over a cup of tea and getting to know each person's life story, you'll help create a caring and supportive environment where every individual matters.
Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care that respects each individual's choices, dignity and independence.

Support residents with personal care, mobility and everyday routines.

Assist with food and fluid intake, following individual care needs.

Encourage participation in meaningful activities and social interaction.
